Terrible ER! They will have you wait over 5 hrs to get to the back just to hurry up and kick you back out without proper diagnosis. Dr Evans is a joke who told everyone they were fine including me,while his nurses and techs laughed about it.

THE WORST HOSPITAL I EVER BEEN TO , i was having an severe asthma attack they took me to the halfway back it took them nearly 30 mins to give me a breathing treatment anybody with or knows someone with asthma knows it’s serious and i can die u literally can’t breathe but wait there’s more after the treatment i was suppose to get an X-ray i wanted to test if i was pregnant first so they made me wait again finally after almost 45 mins i said hey am i gonna get this test so i can take the X-ray know the nurse goes wow why haven’t hey given u the cup yet 🤦🏽‍♀️ I’m like whaaaat omg i waited this long and they forgot so after my test came back i waited for about 20 mins maybe 25 and i said hey can i get my X-ray now the nurse walks me too the room n says hold on i hear people in the X-ray room laughing and cracking jokes hype nurse leaves and the lady finally comes give me an X-ray I’ve been there more than 2 hours at this pint and she says go to room i said ok and another nurse comes n says wait in the lobby until your name is called I’m like can i just get my medicines and she goes we are so full n busy u have to wait for a room i sat there maybe 10 mins and decided to not waste any more of my time n left never going back RUDE STAFF like if u didn’t want to be a nurse why did u go to school for it ? ATTITUDE WAS THE WORST FOR NOTHING SMH

Had an appendectomy on Thursday at Piedmont Henry.  What a wonderful hospital.   All the staff were so nice, helpful,-accommodating, professional, and had such great side bed manners.  Everyone from radiology Tony and Jennifer. To my awesome ER  nurse Gerald.   Incredible surgeon Dr Erdelyn.    All the nursing staff Cynthia, Sarah, Delores, Donna.  They were all truly awesome.  Thanks for taking such great care of us. We appreciate it!!

This a sorry excuse for an emergency department. House Supervisor for 1/22/2018 did nothing for my dad. The citizens of Henry County would be better off going to Atlanta.

My experience mirrors most of the other comments here.  The doctors and nurses seem competent and genuinely interested in the welfare of the patients however everything they do takes absolutely forever to happen. Every little thing they do takes at least an hour before they do it and then at least an hour before they do the next thing. It took 10 hours to make it through the ER.

Now this also doesn't take into account that the diagnosis and initial treatment only took about 2 hours, during which it was expressed multiple times that discharge was imminent, but when it was learned that full personal insurance would be use, all of a sudden many more tests were needed "just in case"..
