When I say the reviews I've read are true, they are. I mean what a beautiful place to begin with. They more are efficient than most nail salons I've been too. I did not wait long at all to be seated (mind you I was a walk-in, on a Friday around the afternoon). Lisa was great! She was gentle yet thorough. I've heard people complain of if being pricey but it's a "nail bar". A step up from your average nail salon so you're going to pay just a little extra but to me it's well worth it. You found a regular customer in me 👍.

Absolutely worst experience ever!! I came here on a Saturday afternoon and The girl who did my nails messed them up. I was running late so I couldn't stay to have them do it over. I called and spoke to a manager and he told me to come in to have them redone free of charge. When I got there, the lady argued with me before letting me get them done. they charged me the $25 color Change, which is fine. I didn't care about that. But when you tell a customer that you're going to do something, honor it. Period! You never argue with the customer. I usually go to luxury nail spa but wanted to try something new, but I will never be going back here!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a fill - in pedicures. I enjoyed all experience. WONDERFUL services! The staff ( a gentleman ) was so pleasant. SOOOO NICEEEEE! Their salon is so luxurious. Giving them 5 stars. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Came in on a Saturday afternoon and was taken care of right away! Got an amazing pedi and SNS manicure and I am hooked! Very clean, professional and great work. I have found my new go to spot. Worth every penny.

Read all the great reviews and thought I would give this place a chance. Worst decision ever. The two points are for the ambiance of the nail salon only. Shoddy work was done on my nails and toes. By the time I arrived home, my gel nails were already peeling. The polish is literally lifting off the nail. My toes never did fully dry thanks to the thick coats of polish my inexperienced pedicurist applied..she didn't even noticed my toenails were filed down unevenly..nor did she use a base coat for my neon colored polish. By the time I arrived home, they too were smudged with the polish flaking off the toes. With all of the money they charge, this is unacceptable. Now I have to go out tomorrow and spend more of my hard earned money to find another nail salon to clean up their very expensive mess. Never again. Oh, and for all the talk of complimentary drinks in these reviews, I was never even asked if I was the least bit thirsty. Overpriced trash.
