Just wanted to give a shout out to Victoria at the Forum location for an amazing job on my hair today. You listened, you figured it out, and did an awesome job.
The 2 hour ride from Murphy NC was well worth it to come and have you save me from a nightmare hair cut from another salon. 
Thank you for your understanding, patience and professionalism.

Very disappointed, have been going here every four weeks for over two years. Today I showed up for my appointment and they had neglected to let me know it had been cancelled. I had received a text this morning confirming my appointment. The woman said that they left me a message, clearly I didn't get it, and I am between business trips so I needed to get my color done this weekend. When I asked them to help me make this right and then cancel my next 12 months worth of appointments the customer service woman said no problem , because it wasn't a problem for her and she just didn't care. Drove an hour to East Cobb...... No problem.....Good bye Van Michael.

Roxie was my hair dresser and she was absolutely amazing. My hair has been falling out like crazy for many months and she helped give me back my confidence, definitely recommend her!

ALWAYS have the best experience!! Friendly staff. Stylists listen to their clients. There are always promotions going on, so is relatively affordable.

I love Van Michael Salon in Norcross. The new talent are always great but, I'm loyal to Hunter!! She rocks as a stylist; she really knows how to pamper you w/ a great neck & shoulder massage first. Their customer service is fantastic over the phone. I also love the product that they carry. It's a little pricey but, it's totally worth it.
