This is a fun small place to try new creations. Their small bites are tapas style dishes that could be shared and have a variety of interesting things to try if the chefs own creation. Their big bites are always delicious, but I keep coming back to see what new specials the chef is trying. They always turn out fantastic, and they have a changing beer menu that often goes along with the season and their menu. I bring my friends here for a fun culinary experience. Unfortunately that usually comes with a high price tag, expect to pay $40 to $60 a person with dinner and a couple drinks.

UPDATE FEB 26, 2018- Was there this past weekend and did my first brunch. Their guava cream cheese infused brioche "french toast" is to die for. I love this place! Best food! Best service! Simply the best! I was in Miami late April with family and while we were looking for a nice place to eat we saw nothing but great reviews about Pinch so we decided to go. Not only did it not disappoint, but it went far above and beyond. Everything from the service, the presentation, the preparation, the taste, the seasonings and I mean everything exemplified why people go out to eat and to have excellent food. It's 2 months later and I still think of the food. I live in Orlando, but I will be in Miami soon and definitely will be going again. This little gem might not have the flash and look as the other high powered restaurants in Miami, but Pinch puts its effort in the place where it belongs the food & service!

Guava stuffed french toast was quite possibly the best french toast I’ve ever tasted and that alone deserves 5 stars. Bacon was good but too crispy, though better to be too crispy than too soggy. Their unique take on eggs Benedict wasn’t bad but nothing to brag about. American coffee was surprisingly delicious. I’ll definitely be bringing my mom back for the french toast.

This little place stands up for the good reviews it receives and continues getting popular. Good food and good service. Went there for a Sunday brunch, besides the regular must-haves (Benedict, stuffed French toast) the white sangria puts you on a Sunday mood. The lunch specials they had almost made us keep our table and stay there for a double feature. Do mind making reservations as it fills up pretty fast.

The stuffed French toast is in my top 3 breakfasts of all time. After the first bite I immediately regretted sharing a portion with my wife. Service was friendly, timely, and attentive. I enjoyed the house potatoes but they were a tad salty. I couldn’t get one egg scrambled and one over easy for some reason so I asked for over easy and they came out more medium. Doesn’t matter because you need to order the French toast.
