No family activities and rude management. If you enjoy constant change of rules and harassment perfect place. Don't move here if you want peace

The park is nice allows kids and pets but the current manager there is difficult to work with.  You hardly see kids or pets outside and that speaks for itself.  We also looked at Sycamore Villas and there was a lot more life in this park.  People, kids and pets outside.  
Its a shame as the park is nice but it only takes one bad apple to ruin the whole park, especially when that person is a key figure.

Looks perfect for an older couple who don't do barking dogs and screaming kids anymore.
