This is really the only smoke shop I buy from. Yes, some of these negative reviews are true - a lot of the cheap glass is like gas station quality, but there are quality pieces throughout the store. You get what you pay for. The employees do smoke cigarettes on duty, but as a smoker this doesn't bother me as it would a non-smoker. I have personally encountered the owner only twice - who is somewhat creepy and out there, but I just didn't pay much attention to him either time. And yes, if you say the wrong word they will not sell to you. Use you're brain. It's for legal reasons. This is still Florida, not Colorado. I've never had a bad experience shopping here and been a customer at this location for quite a while.

Just don't shop here. Gas station glass! Not professional glass! it's dirty, everything is Dusty and the guy who owns it is a big fat nasty vulgar slob who smokes the whole time you're in there and it's just a gross unprofessional Place, go somewhere professional, clean with good service and Quality Glass, this glass is just knock off glass it's cheap, they don't come from a glass artist it's just cheap gas station glass that's been sitting there for years and honestly I don't know how they've been in business this whole time. Smokology is right around the corner, so is mystic, so is many other high-quality shops go there instead

Can't sale to me today, I cant buy from you tomorrow.  

You should teach consistency to your employees about terms to use and not to use.  The tall guy, who I presume is the owner, asked me to leave because of a term I used that I have used in the shop many of times with his employees with no warning or anything otherwise.  Then wouldn't sale to me.  Guy should either train his employees better or issue a sort of warning before wasting peoples time and gas, especially when they call ahead to check you have the product.  

What a waste of flesh.

Very nasty mean racist store tall caucasian guy , myself being caucasian/black experienced racism. The place stinks. And the cx service is horrible, I’ve heard them talking about black people, and GAY PEOPLE, as I was walking around there shelf. Also they kicked me out because I saw the insect “roach” on a glass and I was talking to my husband and said “babe look it’s a roach lol”, which we are a gay black couple, the lady and him told me to get out, and I asked her was she joking she said no I asked why she said there are certain words I cannot use I said okay and kindly walked out and she told me I could come back, so next week I came back for coal for my hookah and the guy yelled get out and I asked why he said because you said words we don’t use here five different occasions and different days so your band here, which honest god isn’t true what so ever. He lied to keep me out and then told me That he would “call the cops on me”. Please don’t support this company there very rude and mean and nasty I went home and cried because I couldn’t believe I experienced racism against my own kind there are several different smoke shops in altamonte please do your self a favor and google map them, however the guy that owns the hookah smoke shop on the back end of the building is very kind very nice. Still go to him faithfully but they make me feel very uncomfortable I may have to take my business else where.

i walk in there with my friend and go up to the nearest woman. i think her name is SARAH and ask her if they sell dime bags. you know, the bad ass carrying cases with all the different colors and extra padding to protect your glass? first of all, she cuts me off mid sentence and says "okay we sell tobacco based products only and because of the way you asked for that, i'm gonna have to ask you to leave" 

...she thought i meant little weed baggies... 🙄

you really need to get someone with better expertise and less attitude to work at your store. my friend and i didn't even wanna look around anymore after we were threatened to be kicked out. we drove all the way there just to be insulted. who hasn't heard of dime bags but works in a smoke shop? never heard of such a thing. oh and put the cigarette out while you're at work honey, it's unprofessional. we will not be returning. ✌🏼
