I stopped by for two bike rack accessories. I guess the staff helped me - I was told they didn't have one part. They had the second part, but didn't offer to help me understand how to practically use it. I was disappointed. The staff could have ordered the first part for me. They told me to go to manufacturer website instead. I went across the road and had a totally different experience at another shop. Got both parts and good service. I do not recommend this shop. There are other sport stores in the area, do your research and avoid the same disappointment.

Horrible customer service. Refusing to take back a bike on every little detail possible. They advertise hassle free returns but look to make it as difficult as possible instead. I ended up shipping my bike back to the corporate warehouse with no problems. Will never do business with this location again.

The owner should be aware that his employee Joel is awesome and is the only reason I will continue to use this shop. However, I did encounter another employee who was rude. Maybe Joel should be training other staff in how to treat   customer for return business.

Awesome people and awesome customer service! Rus, Garrett and Zach made purchasing two road bikes for my wife and brother-in-law a great experience. They were very down to earth individuals who showed a geniune care to making sure all our questions were answered and us leaving satisfied. We'll be coming back here for all of their maintenance needs!
