I Picked out a pair of redwing boots 7 months ago, the sale rep rushed me through shoes, had no helpful information about them. i was dead set on having a pair so i got them anyways, a $220 pair of waterproof boots. I took them in today to adk about the tears developing on the tongue seam and the tip of the sole.and unfortunately the same rep was here today. before even seeing my boot he went on a tangent about how they only cover defects that make the shoe unusable. they would however sew the tongue shut but or it would be shipped off for a month or two. I just wanted to share because i felt this was a $180 mistake as the boots are no better than a $40 pair. In fact Wolverine has reimbursed me for busting up a pair of their $40 boots.

If only I could give this store zero stars I would! The worst costumer service,the sale rep has no people skills very rude!!!!! If you are looking to buy Red Wing shoes go to a different store!!!!!!
