I called Winter Park Cycles while on vacation in Florida looking for a part that I had broken on my Scott Mountain Bike. Not only did they have it in stock! but they were knowledgable on what I was asking for as it was a small random part. They were very friendly and helpful on the phone. They even mailed it to me, saving me from driving for over  two hours around a state that I'm unfamiliar with. I can see why they have 4.8 stars. Thanks Lance you saved my trip!

I never write reviews, but this time I must. I just left Winter Park Cycles, and I have to say I'm blown away by the service there. I dropped in to have my daughter's bicycle tube changed. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I was introduced to the service tech, Joey. Joey took great care of us. No upsales, no pressure. I left Winter Park Cycles feeling like I was in my home town having bike repairs done, not like I was visiting the "big city" and being taken advantage of. It feels reassuring to know while my daughter attends college, she has this shop nearby to take such wonderful care of her bike needs.  I highly recommend Winter Park Cycles!
