Orange Cycle has a large-scale selection with a small town personal feel. Everyone I talked with offered honest advice and didn't try to up-sale me. The prices are reasonable and the people are down-to-earth and friendly. I've found my personal bike shop in Orlando.

Exceptional Customer Service I had a serious problem with a fat bike and was expecting the repair to be expensive and take a long time. I was not expecting the kind of personal attention that I got on a busy Saturday afternoon. This place is well staffed with knowledgeable and personable repair and sales people, able to give assistance and advice. However, I'm partial to Joey--he was exceptionally patient with me, even though it was clear that I didn't know much about this sport or the bikes. He is great for someone new to cycling. I highly recommend this establishment--especially if you don't know what you're doing.

Hi, I came to buy something not even related to cycling but the kindness of the staff's made me write a review about this shop! I have to say love the place and very different than I have ever seen any where else. Super pleased with the service. Thumbs up guys, well done.

I bought 2 blinky tail lights on Wednesday but had a problem trying to mount them. I decided to bring them back to the store., one of the staffers asked if he could solve the problem and he mounted both lights in no time at all. I forgot his name but noticed other staffers were just as professional and helpful as he was.👍👍

Orange Cycle is my favorite bike shop anywhere. The inventory is awesome, staff is dedicated and very knowledgeable, the bike fits great. I can't say enough good things about Orange Cycle.... My only problem is that the place sucks money out of my wallet whenever I walk in. The prices are just too good.
