Very clean and well maintained!  Friendly helpful staff.  Nice pool.  Big Jacuzzi.  Fun to hear the train roll by during the day.  Very close to Oceano Dunes.

Will never stay here again. Misrepresented our spot. It only would accommodate our trailer. We had to park our car on the other side of the park. Understandably, you could not cut through people's sites so you had to wind your way through the park getting to and from your car. There is zero consideration for this, we paid the same as everyone else. The staff is unfriendly and patronizing. I asked to have the large amount of bird droppings cleaned off of the picnic table at our site, which was ignored. The cable TV junction box located in our site was rusting and in disrepair. This place is also not near the beach, you need to drive. We stayed here three nights and this has been the low point of our trip by far. Recommend finding another park if you're staying in the area.

Nice park, gated, clean bathrooms, wide pull thrus. Only negative was that we were there for a group event, an RV Rally, and we're crammed into the meeting room, sharing space with chair racks and tables covered with laundry towels. Unsightly and tripping hazard. Manager should have had this room available without obstacles sharing space.

This is the second time that we've stayed at this park. However, it will be the last. The maintenance man with the goatee is very rude. The sewage pipe was not capped and stunk. When we asked for him to cap it he lied and said they didn't have any caps. When we asked someone else a cap was placed on the pipe right away. The office told us we could park near the office, but the maintenance man refused to allow us to park there,  demanded that we move our vehicle, and insisted it was employee parking.  No signs were posted. The parking situation is ridiculous. The maintenance man was very challenging and incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. It made us very uncomfortable.  The wifi doesn't work. Adults can't enjoy the spa because children are allowed to run wild and unsupervised.  The children were constantly doing canon balls in the spa, which made it chaotic with continuous splashing in the face. These are issues that could be fixed and enhance the customer's experience.  However,  if the staff is continued to be allowed to treat the customer's so poorly it will not ultimately matter.

Very nice park, but it is ruined by the noisy trains and heavy trucks.
