Will never eat here again. Couldn't call in a order and eat it there? what? I've never heard of that. So you really didn't want our business. Server was super good but for real couldn't call in my order?

Usually I order from Domino' s because they're quick and they always get it right. Tonight they weren't open for whatever reason. So around 7:50 pm I placed an order for delivery with this Pizza Hut location. It was supposed to be dinner for my family, quick and easy. Got the confirmation and it said 8:50 would be the delivery time. That's a long time for a place right down the street, but I figured they're probably busy so I'll let it go. 8:50 rolls around, the tracker says they are on their way, but there is no pizza to be found. 9:00, no pizza. 9:30 no pizza. So I get back online to check the tracker and it says my order has expired. So now I'm rushing at 9:30 pm to get some dinner ready for my kids and get them to bed at a reasonable time. Luckily I saved my money by opting to pay in cash, but I will definitely not be ordering delivery from this location again. What a waste of time. Smh.

We waited 40 mins after the order was supposed to be completed. We had already been there 20 mins prior so we could grab it hot and ready to go once it was done. When we did receive it, the food inside was already cold. They had held it for 20 min and didn't notify me even when I had asked earlier. When we went ahead to pay for it, they purposely withheld the receipt with the code for the survey as they knew their service was terrible. I would highly recommend people to steer clear of this pizza hut and choose elsewhere to have a meal.

Awesome Pizza! Very friendly staff, my Wife and I both agreed this was the best pizza from Pizza Hut we have ever had!
