This location is the worst. Ordered delivery and asked for the driver to bring red peppers and parmesan not only did he forget to the bring that they brought the wrong pizza called the store they had not even started on my order after waiting 40 minutes.

Almost every time we order from here there's an issue. Either they are extremely late, forget half the order, or overcharge (we once used a $5 off promo coupon online and paid with card, they threatened to call the police saying we shorted them $5. Now how in the world do you do that when you pay online through the website and just sign the receipt?). Today I placed an online for delivery. 1hr and 10 minutes later we called the store to find out where the order is. Instead of answering our question or even apologizing, the employee complained that they're not supposed to deliver to our area. They have delivered to our address several times before and why in the world is that OUR problem? I entered our address and that was the store that came up, we are within 5 miles of the store which is a standard delivery distance. The order was finally delivered 1hr 30 minutes after the order was placed and the pizza was NOT fresh as promised. This store is not going to waste my time or my money again, I'm done with them.

Ordered online for a carry out, showed up on time and had to wait an hour and 45 minute ls for my order. Was told I'd get a credit for the tardiness. Went to order again and they said I never had a credit. Ordered again about 3 months later for a delivery , they left my wings and my sauces off. Called back and ended up on hold for 10 minutes for a manager. (Anyone who's been to this building knows it's a whole in the wall, it's not like the phone was far.) long story short, took an hour and a half after my food was originally delivered to receive the rest of my order. I don't know what the deal is with this specific location but it's the only one with issues. These reviews are not a joke, they need a new team. Why else would there be more 1 star reviews than anything else....

My coworkers and I ordered delivery from this store for lunch today. Our pizza was confirmed for delivery at 11:55. We called the store at 12:05 when our pizza still had not been delivered and was told it was on the way. The delivery driver finally called at 12:10 asking for our location. The address was listed on the order and verified by both the driver and the store during these two calls. The delivery address also readily shows up on any and all gps systems and we have previously had delivery from this location. Our pizza finally arrived at almost 12:20 and was cold and soggy. I frequently order pizza from the Ooltewah location and have had nothing but excellent service and great food. We had stopped ordering from this location a few months ago for similar reasons but decided to give them one more chance. This will be the LAST time I ever order from this location!!!

I don't hated it, it's ok, Memphis, Tn., pizzas are better cooking here are most white people cook without use safety glove, everything time I come pick up order, I see white cooker don't use glove, I someway, don't trust them, like Memphis does, and better than here in Chattanooga, I can't wait to leave out of here.
