I placed an order at 5:30 in the afternoon it said that my order was going to be ready in 15 minutes I shows up at 6 jst to give them a little bit more time to have my food ready... n I still had to wait 20 more minutes this place is horrible ad need ppl that move faster !!!!!!

Had my kids birthday party at this location, food was fresh hot and the staff was very very helpful during the whole party was a great time every one was great

Tried placing an order online but kept getting a message at check out to call the store, when I did I was told by the manager (Keith I believe his name was) to refresh the page and try again so I did..... After several failed attempts I called the store and the young lady apologizes and says she will place the order but tries charging me double than online because the promotion is “online only”. She asks her manager (forgets to put the phone on mute) and he says he already told me what to do. I explained the situation all over again but his only answer kept being that it was an online promotion and he couldn’t do anything. You’re really telling me that as a manager you can’t override a $7 variance? I even asked if they could place the order online for me so they could see that the website was obviously having issues but than again... nothing they could do...... I’ve been a manager for customer service for 6 years now, this type of service by a STORE MANAGER is unrealistic.
