BOGUS....
They used to be good but I've had a couple of bad experiences with the last few orders. Pretty sure they are serving some frozen store bought items as there own. Not always fresh and the dishes are inconsistent from time to time. Orders aren't always correct when delivered and they're not good about fixing their mistakes. (seriously they will not do anything to correct their mistake) They also play the classic, "my English is bad, I don't understand" bit. Understood everything I said perfectly when I placed the order but lost that ability later when I called back.

I been ordering from. Lucky  for years . And these pass two times. I ordered. The Food dosent tastes the same anymore. Do you have new cooks. I always get shrimp vegetable, chicken fried rice, shrimp noodles. What going on very disappointed. The sauces not the same anymore.

Horrible experience. A friend recommended the place, but this is not a good place.   The lady in the front had a very bad attitude! I asked for a menu and all she did was point to the counter, I asked a question and she was rude. I ordered orange chicken with white rice,  the rice tasted like water.  The chicken was good.  She gave us veggie egg rolls instead of the shrimp that came with the meal.  I asked for hot sauce and she said it was 25 cents for a a small amount or i could get hot sauce packets. I asked for 2 spoons and she just through the basket of spoons on the counter. I will NOT be coming here again. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone.

If I could leave zero stars, I would.  I placed an online order for delivery at 6:02 pm, and recieved a confirmation email stating that our food would be ready at 6:57pm.  At 7:57 I called to see where our food was (we are out of town and staying at a hotel and my kids are SCREAMING they are so hungry) and was told that they were busy, and they had ignored our order.  No apology was given.  At 8:00 pm, my children had to eat dinner out of the vending machine.  Spend your money elsewhere.

I USED TO LOOOVE LUCKYS! It was my go-to but ever since they moved downtown, I feel like it's not even the same restaurant... 😕 I always get the same thing but last time I got it, I swear it tasted like freezer burn.. or something.. But not fresh.. Also, they used to have the most amazing eggrolls & they were HUGE compared to anywhere else.. but now, they are small and taste no better than the frozen ones @ any store. I'm wondering if it's even the same management or staff.. because the menu,service & quality are NOTHING like they were before.I feel like Fongs kitchen tried to pull a fast one on everybody & steal the Lucky name..but  I won't be returning to this restaurant until they find Lucky & bring him back!! A quick look @ ur reviews proves you haven't fooled anybody..
