Haven’t even gotten my pizza yet. I ordered carry out at 5:00 p.m. My order said it should be ready in 14 minutes. It’s now 5:36 p.m. and it doesn’t seem like the staff really cares they’ve now gone 100% over their estimated wait time. This pizza will have to be amazing for me to consider coming back, and I’m betting that’s a low chance. Will update the results.

*update - got my pizza, it was cooked well actually so I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1. But they cooked it incorrectly which is why they don’t get 3 stars. I will give them one more chance and I think a 5 star rating is definitely attainable for them if they keep to their times and cook the orders correctly.

I stop by there quite often and it is hit or miss on what will come out of the ovens. Positive out of it when they send me the email survey and it the pizza isn’t good they send me a code for a free pizza.

Poor customer service starting with the Afternoon Evening manager. Claiming Guaranteed Satisfaction of products. But when store could not contact me for some odd reason. Driver went back to store and NEVER called. Manager gets overwhelmed and tells me he is short of staff and hangs up in my face. WHAT A JOKE.And when I called back he tries to argue with me! For dropping my cold pizza, and not having a driver with enough common sense to locatecmy address despite the global tracking systems of the modern day world. This PAPA JOHNS restaurant is a joke. If you trust them to handle your food. Don't say I didn't warn you!

Well my experience at my local papa johns was not quite what I exoected. I spoke to the manager over and placed my order she gave me a deal large 3 topping pizza for 14.20 I pull to the local papa johns located in Waukegan Illinois. Instead ingot a discount  and they decided to make my pizza now a medium with extra bacon bits spread my pizza it was disgusting looked my warts I order large pizza with extra cheese pep and light jalapenos  and light bacon very disappointed I thibk papa John would do more for there customer

Normally I do not give out negative reviews. In this case I will have too. I ordered online at 11:21am 09/19/2017 and at the current time 12:41pm we have not received our food. My admin called the store and she was told that the driver wasn't sure of the address. I want to state that we have to entire the building number in order to place the order. So I am unsure how that really works. This was for a staff lunch, and no one has eaten. This has been a very negative experience. And we do not recommend ordering from this place of business. We weren't offered a credit. Nothing. The only thing we keep hearing is that we will be there soon. 12:45pm and still nothing.  Take your money elsewhere.
