The Pizza was good, albeit a bit expensive. Over $50 for 2 large. I probably wouldn’t be as irritated had their customer service in the store not been so bad. I walked in to picked up and it took over 5 minutes for the young lady at the front counter to even acknowledge I was there. I could see she was in the middle of something, but an acknowledgment to say “I’ll be right with you” would have sufficed. Then when she did finally speak it was attitude.
The experience was awful . We tried to order some food and the delivery driver never delivered to the address specified. I ordered this for my girlfriend to eat. She ordered from them just the other day . Then , after speaking to the manager we receive a message from Door dash . We hope this can be corrected in the morning .
Place relies on truck drivers to get the product they sell at hugely up marked price but won't deliver to the truckers at a truck stop 3.7 miles away. It's the middle of the day and can't move my truck unless I violate my compliancy and this stop has nothing for food.
We placed an order so late, and so close to closing had I worked there, I would have been less than thrilled, but the gentleman working were so amazing!! They were so nice and the food was AMAZING. Honestly, the best Pizza Hut meal I have ever had. The Cinnamon rolls are a must have, the wings, yum, and pizza, so good, everything was perfect. Everything was delicious. Probably the best overall experience I have ever had at any Pizza Hut, ever! I won't go to a different location ever again.

We Luv pizza hut especially the variety of menu they have,wish had more coupons to use. Hats off to the workers.
First time we ordered from them we ordered delivery and an hour passed by and we haven’t received anything. We called to check on the order and they tell us they don’t deliver to our area! A whole hour after our order was placed they tell us this!! And this is because I called them to check on it and they said if we still wanted it we had to go pick it up only gave us a 10% discount!!! Another time we ordered which was today I placed the order at 7:27 my husband gets there to pick it up at 8:11 and it’s not ready they said they ran out of hand tossed so if we wanted another crust they had to make it. Again they never called me they tell my husband this when he gets there 40 minutes after! The best they can do is $5 off! We got our money back and canceled the order! This is beyond ridiculous! Worst Pizza Hut EVER

I wish I can give this disaster of a restaurant -0 stars. When I say this place needs to be shut down , from no delivery drivers , people picking up the phone not saying nothing and hanging up. The manager doesn’t care if the place burns down or not. Cold food. 2 hour wait. At this point I rather travel to Bluffton or beaufort for pizza this is the worst restaurant in Ridgeland. Horrible customer service. Horrible food. They have kids working in the place. I’m trying to call to get a refund because last night 7/16/2021 I placed a delivery order. Food was 2 hours late and cold. I’m calling this morning at 10:00 am on 7/17/2021 to get a refund for my horrible experience last night. And there’s a child in the kitchen picking up the phone and hanging it up. And have been doing that non stop. The customer care center will be notified and Monday I will call corporate.
My pizza was very good and well made. The store was neat, clean and no chaos. The young lady at the register was very cordial, accommodating, I visited this store. My pizza was ready on time, too. Nice changes.
