Haven't eaten at a Pizza hut in the last 8 years. I remember why. Stuffed crust tastes good. Thats the only positive. Crust had no good gluten structure (too dense, not bread like). Otherwise, delivery guy was 20 mins later than expected, and no sign of being nice, didn't car he was late, didn't smile. What a shame you guys, the delivery guy is the first point of contact for in person interaction with your brand. They need to be smiling, full of energy, apologize if you're late. When I got inside my bread-sticks were missing the sauce. I called to ask, and the employee on the phone was super nice, told me they'd give me a gift card for $20 for my meal tonight and would be applied to my account...... its now been 3 weeks later and I still don't have a gift card applied to my account. I'm sorry you guys, but you've lost a customer. wait, you never had one.

It's not the most incredible pizza I've ever eaten, but it is good. The staff here are always friendly and have never messed up my order :)

This people are a joke... I order for my family and after a hour and 15 min of waiting for the delivery I called to find out they never even placed my order.. great job pizza hut, keep.up the good training!!!

The person at the front counter was really nice and was trying his best to make sure that everything was taken care of. But I ordered my pizza at 5:58 it is 7:40 and it is still not done, I'm not even doing delivery. And they ran out of one of the toppings and didn't tell us at all and instead just made the pizza anyway. Pretty disappointed. Edit: I have my food and they didn't even get me the correct breadsticks.
