We had the best lunch that we have ever had at PF Chang's today.  We also had the besr server we have had at a restaurant in a long time.  We were there celebrating our twin's 13th Birthday and Kevin, our server, went out of his way to make sure they had a great time.  That is exactly what they got.

I've gone to PF Chang since I was young and I just went today and it was great service but poor food, it didn't taste that good and it made both me and my friend sick after eating it, I even through up after eating the food. I was really disappointed I've always loved there food but it's really gone down hill over the years. Wouldn't recommend going nor would I ever go back.

Really seems to be going down hill. Every time I've been recently there have been errors or a change in recipe/prep. Had to send back a dish the previous two visits (quickly corrected) and this time you can see the attached images. There is an obvious lack of effort on the wait staff and the kitchen.

You can see the email image of their new butternut squash dumplings vs the actual. We got pepper slices that hadn't been seeded and only got slices included the seeds and the tips. No center slices at all. Sauce didn't match up either. No idea what the reality should be since this location has been so inconsistent recently. 

Strawberries with the greenery still attached? I don't get it. They are either lazy in the kitchen or pushing this "farm to table" thing a little too far.

I had a dish with eggplant and it was really good, perfect spice level. Service was fast. Ambience is also nice.

This place is way overrated! P.F. Changs, I guess, is suppose to be superior over chinese reataurants. I guess that depends on who you compare it too! Although, I am not a fan of the cheap Chinese food places that have pop-up over the last twenty five years! I remember when Chinese food was white table cloth dining and the food wasn't like these mexican "mix it all together" restaurants. I got take-out from their places twice over two weeks and both times they weren't anything special!
