Pizza Hut

I've ordered from here many times and it's always been hit or miss. Never again. Had a similar experience to another reviewer but thankfully not AS bad. They cancelled my order without contacting me, and straight-up lied about it. I ordered online (so obviously I had the receipt), and had my phone screen set on the little tracker thing. Saw that it was on the "making your pizza" stage for a million years and called after an hour. After being told my online order I had a receipt for didn't exist, I was put on hold, was told that my card was declined. Not true, I've got way more than sufficient funds on that card and used it for a small purchase that day. Put on hold again to "look up my phone number". Then told that "whoever answered the phone" at my number told them to cancel the order. Absolute lie, as I was looking at it frequently and ain't nobody called my damn phone. Guy didn't even ACT apologetic and didn't offer to make my order, so I told them to cancel it. Once I got off the phone, I noticed the pizza tracker link had immediately become invalid. Absolutely f****d up, and I'll not be going here again.

Staff was friendly and patient. One of the few Pizza Hut's you can sit down and eat at! They even had a gluten free pizza for my girlfriend!

This place used to be my go to joint as a kid. I remember being part of the Book It program and getting so excited to read a book and get a star and a free personal pan pizza. I remember coming here with my mom and while we waited to pick up our pizza she'd give me a quarter and I'd play video games in the corner and when I lost really quick - i was too embarrassed to ask for more money that i would pretend to continue to play anyways until our pizza was ready. I remember when we got our large pizza I was in awe at how large it was and thinking we can eat this for days!!! I remember when we dined in as a family - we'd pay for one all you can eat salad buffet and then share lol... long gone are those glorious days of Pizza Hut being the go to joint. No more video games and no more salad bar as it's rare that people go and eat pizza at places like that anymore. No more book it program to inspire kids to read. No more large pizza... well it's still there but its more like a medium now and you have to pay extra to have the "Xtra large" All in it's place are a few coin operated vending machines that costs 75 cents for a cheap tattoo or sticker and a mediocre overly greasy pizzas and super salty wings. Long are the glorious days of quality pizza hut as families prefer personal consoles and order out delivery. I still continue to eat here out of nostalgia and maybe even order out here and there - but long gone are the glorious days of the great Pizza Hut.

Was told 15 minutes for carry out. Ended up waiting 50 before asking for a refund and leaving.
