Jack in the Box

Drive thru & or lobby is always closed. Been told on multiple occasions that employees have walked out on their jobs and duty's. The convenience of fast-food does not exist at this location. I've unfortunately even seemed to have had lent on a burger & once it took practically 12min. to receive a drinking cup that I've already paid for. I now drive past this location to find myself elsewhere to dine.

My husband and I ordered two breakfast sandwiches on sourdough. We were in the drive thru, after waiting at the window for 19 minutes with the line backing up behind us we finally asked for a refund and cancelled our order for two sandwiches. This was officially the longest drive thru wait in my life!!! It was 9:30 am 6 employees on staff, and two dine in customers. We were never given a reason for sitting at the window for so long, when we asked for the refund they asked for the OJ back that came with the meal, which had gotten warm. I will NEVER visit this establishment again, the took longer than going to a nice restaurant and ordering a meal.

It's everything it should be. 9000 calorie meals, a rotating door for staff turnover, and great hours. It's a fast food staple.

Got a breakfast burrito there this morning. I have spent at least 2 hours on the toilet and missed one meeting because of it.
