Wendy's

I've given them a few tries. I don't think they've once completed my order correctly. They either get a sandwich wrong or completely leave something out. I don't discover their error until I get home. If you use the drive thru, check that everything is correct before you drive away. If you order a frosty, be sure to ask for a spoon. If you get a drink, ask for a straw. If you don't ask, you're not gonna get it. I'm done with Wendy's.

They ran out of several items like larger burger patties...The customer service was top notch however. And the drive through speaker is nice and clear, easy to understand.

The staff took 15 minutes in the drive thru when there was no one else ordering. They tried to deny me the receipt after I asked even though it should be with my food and I later got sick from the food I ordered. Pretty sure they messed with it, as I've never had a problem before and the simple task of giving me my food seemed hilarious to the night crew for some reason.

Absolutely rude staff at the night drive thru. The person taking my order didn't understand what dipping sauce for chicken was and who I presume is the night manager was incredibly rude and shouted at us to park before they even took our money for the order. No customer service at this place after dark, that's for sure.
