I called this company to obtain a quote for my move along with a few others.  Every company I called personally came to my home to give me a quote with the exception of this one.  At first I thought it was strange but the individual I spoke with seemed very knowledgeable and professional.  The quote was reasonable and much cheaper than the others so I decided to book them.  I quickly learned you get what you pay for.  I would not recommend this company if you want a smooth move, care about your personal belongings and want to be quickly functioning in your new home.  My move was poorly organized logistically, the truck was packed poorly and unprofessionally (see picture attached), many items came up missing like bed rails, hardware for assembly, and personal items.  My move consisted of a load date and an unload date.  On my unload date another moving company showed up that I didn't even hire for my move.  These men were very professional and did the best that they could.  They were not the ones that disassembled  my belongings and struggled to reassemble them.  Many of them remain disassembled as a result.  I share my story so this does not happen to anyone else.

Even just booking my move and talking to the company on the phone, I could tell the people at We Help were genuinely nice people who were very knowledgeable. They helped me figure out anything and everything related to my move when I asked, including the parking situation.

I booked two guys and a truck to move my 1 bedroom apartment out of my old place and into a 3rd floor walkup - lots of stairs were involved! They were friendly, efficient, careful with my belongings, and hard workers. They also got it done in less time than I was expecting considering how much stuff I have and how many stairs they had to climb. You can tell they really take their jobs seriously.

On top of all those great things, they're also a local business and their prices are very, very reasonable. There are also no hidden extra fees, which is a rarity anymore. You'll find when you add up the labor and possible on-your-own truck rental offered by other nationwide moving companies, it's more than worth it to book We Help - and that's not even including the hassle some of those companies put you through or the lack of care their contracted employees show for your belongings. I would definitely recommend We Help to anyone moving around the Greater Cincinnati area.

We Help Movers made my move very easy!  The helpers were friendly and efficient and took great care of my furniture and other fragile items.  They even found creative ways to ways to make the move go faster which is awesome since billing is hourly.  I recommend this company to all of my friends who are moving.

This company is wonderful! The whole experience from the ladies in customer service to the move itself was great.  We had Joe and Nate help us with our move and they were fabulous. They were so kind and respectful of our things. It was very cold out and they didn't complain and moved everything with a smile on their face. The ground was very wet and they took every precaution to make sure our carpets didn't get wet or ruined. I looked at several different places for the move and ultimately chose them due to price and good reviews and I am so glad we did. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We unexpectedly had a very difficult move when our landlord with held a freight elevator from us trying to move out. These poor guys had to move a 2 BR apt down 4 flights of stairs. They did an amazing job! Did not complain and kept a positive attitude. They also didn't leave us stranded half way through the job like they were being pressured to do. They helped us through the end and I cannot stress enough how thankful we were. Aside from that, they were very friendly and careful with our belongings. Everything was placed in the truck and wrapped well. I will use them again the next time and would recommend them to anyone looking for a moving company!
