I was a happy member for over 3 years, until I had some personal issues that prevented me from going to the gym... at this point the expiration on my bank card was past and my account went behind, I WAS NEVER ALERTED OF THIS!  When I was able & ready to come back to start working out again I was told I was in collections, with there being no contracts and I had not even been in the gym in months I was surprised by this.  AGAIN I WAS NEVER ALERTED TO ANY OF THIS!!!  I am not the type to have let a membership go negative and WOULD HAVE fixed the issue had been told.  Instead of understanding the situation and letting me start my membership again without being penalized The manager told me I could pay $50 fee to join again and then start a contract again!  With the $50 being almost half a year membership fees and a contract which I had already fulfilled AND ALSO NOT HAVING STEPPED FOOT IN THE GYM(manager let me know if my last check in) this seemed very unfair!  The manager told me they don’t reach out to anyone to let them know when things like this happen with peoples accounts... so I would think they would be a little more understanding with this especially seeing as how I wanted to start again and had been a great member in perfect standing for years prior!!  It’s sad that the manager would rather lose years of membership over a silly unreasonable fee!  AGAIN NEVER MADE AWARE OF ANY OF THIS OR I WOULD HAVE FIXED IT IMMEDIATELY!!!  I’m not trying to not give them my money it just doesn’t sit right with me that they wouldn’t understand how unfair it comes across from the customers perspective!!!

I signed up online and their site decided to make my home gym all the way across town at Decatur and Flamingo which I have never been to that gym went in today to cancel my membership because I was told I have to go inside and they told me oh I'm sorry you have to go to your home gym I'm like this is my home gym I've always went to this one even picked up my card here by t-shirt everything so why do I have to go all the way across town when I barely have time to come into you guys to go cancel a membership that I did online they make it so difficult to cancel a membership because all they care about is money cancelling a gym membership is not like canceling your bank account which is something that is more important for you to actually be in person for then a bit  gym membership.  So if you're looking for a gym that's going to be a hassle to cancel then this is the right one for you Planet Fitness is nothing but a hassle.

I still go to this gym till my commitment ends then I'm switching! The reason is that the gym that I go to on flamingo and Pecos has OUT DATED EQUIPMENT! I see post from other planet fitness from other states that have update equipment, so answer me this planet fitness why am I paying for a gym with OLD EQUIPMENT??? Why Are not all your gyms up to date? EOS has up to date equipment, they are right up the road, cost is pretty much the same and no commitment with any of their memberships. Oh and let me add they have offer more!

I have nothing against PF where else can you workout and tan for $20 a month..... However it's hot as hell in here.  Crank on that AC to make it more comfortable in the fall. Las Is hot in the sun and the sun unfortunately never goes away. A little AC would go a long way

I really like the staff that work here very friendly!!  Good workers.  PlAnet fitness does Not have the same equip in all locations or the same black card privileges.  For example they are missing the black card machine that works you out jus by standing on it and the tanning is not good does not tan because bulbs are bad and it has a hair dryer @ + but the other planet fitness do not... And nellis n sahara has large shower and makeup rooms but the others dont!!  Y can't they all have the same things wow crazy!!
