The Staff and class are awesome. Office hours sucks big times! I try to go work out at 2pm on a Friday and the office was close. The membership is way too extensive not to have the accessibility to work out at the office hours that they advertise that their open. I'm highly disappointed and I'm thinking about changing gym along with my friends to a more a hour convenience one. So upset I'm going to go eat some ice cream with some friends instead working out.

This UFC Gym is the cleanest UFC Gym I have ever been in. The classes are fun and the staff here are very friendly! I have six kids and they all love to come here to this gym. They are learning a lot from all the different instructors. If you want to teach your child how to PREVENT bullying, then you need to bring them here. This UFC Gym builds confidence in all the kids. The simple day to day activities I see in my children are amazing. Like I said, very clean and fun!

This is the best gym I've ever gone to. The experience I've had has been amazing. The staff is great, the coaches are knowledgeable and great people. I haven't had any billing problems. It's basic, simple and understandable. Great place to work out at!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good workout.

DON'T JOIN UFC GREEN VALLEY!!! With so many fitness options, I would steer clear of UFC Gym Green Valley. Save yourself the trouble. Here's an abbreviated version of my story: I was a member of UFC Gym Eastern. When my gym closed, my membership was automatically transferred to Green Valley. I was never asked for approval nor was I ever informed of the transfer. After discovering my account was transferred without my permission, I called to cancel my membership. I was told I had to come in to cancel. I expected that might be the case, so I agreed to come in. After looking up the gym hours of operation online, I headed down to the gym Friday afternoon. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find the Gym was locked up at 2pm, and no one was answering the door or the phone. There was already another customer standing outside who said she had been there for more than 10 min. I waited another 20 min to see if anyone would show up or at least answer the phone. Realizing I was wasting my time, I decided to leave. Before leaving, however, I left a them a voicemail stating I was standing outside their door during posted business hours, and that I was there to cancel my membership. I went on to say that I would not waste any more of my time by coming back. I asked that they use that voicemail as my cancellation notice. Just to be sure, I called on Monday to confirm my cancellation. The gentlemen who answered the phone was hostile once I identified myself. He said, "we got your message, but you still need to come in". I explained how I was being severely inconvenienced because of their failures and don't feel like I should penalized by having to drive back. I even asked them to fax or email me the forms. Not only did he NEVER apologize, but he refused to send me anything and threatened to send my account to collections if I didn't continue to pay. At this point I was furious, so I contacted UFC Gym corporate. They were nice enough to send me the owners contact info. Great ... so I thought. Being a small business owner myself, I’m extremely sensitive to my customers’ needs. I emailed the owner explaining my situation and simply asked for my membership to be cancelled. It’s been over a week, and I haven’t heard anything back from the owner. FIND ANOTHER GYM where they value your business and won’t hold your membership hostage!

Went into this location to get information to sign up my daughter and was given the price of $69 a month. Two weeks later I decided to sign her up at this location but when I went in I was told that my 11 yr old was considered an adult and need to pay adult membership price. This was a day after I called to verify the price. I than ask to show me this in writing that a 11yr old is considered an adult the guy than said it wasn't in writing and prices are given as customers come in. Blood money sucking location! Don't go here none if the prices are in writing or on any paperwork so every member is paying different prices for the same exact service.
