LVAC is the best gym in Vegas. It is affordable, has a lot of equipment, 100s of free group fitness classes and friendly staff. The Green Valley location is a little more dated than some of the other clubs, but is still well worth the price of membership.

I LOVE LVAC on Eastern!!!!!!! If you're like me, and prefer working out as far away from people as possible, come after 11:00PM. It is super crowded during the day, and hard to access any machines/free weights you may want. The staff here is super friendly, and motivating! It is such a great atmosphere and just about anything you could want in a gym! The prices are extremely competitive, and it is the only gym I have ever in my life seen that includes group classes in your monthly fee. Do yourself a favor and signup!

Great gym but a lot of rude club members at this one that try to bully people they don't like till they leave and I guess go to another one.  Confusing because it's a good neighborhood and you would expect garbage to prefer something more their style.  
Good company but watch out if your bank balance is low and the payment gets cancelled because they won't tell you or keep trying to charge until you have been in default long enough to be charged a larger late fee.

I was visiting Las Vegas and went with a friend who is a member there. The place is filled with the fumes of chlorine. She wanted to soak in the Jacuzzi hot tub area with other people and aloe the water temperature was great, they have so much chlorine in the water that my eyes were burning and I could barely breathe. When we finally got out of there my eyes were full red from all of the chlorine and I had trouble breathing. I go into pools and Hot Tubs, Jacuzzis so I'm no stranger to chlorine but this is on the level of being dangerous to People's Health. Chlorine attacks all cells in the body and although it's tolerable and needed to kill germs they are very excessive in their use of this chemical there. I would suggest going to another club where they will not try to gas me to death!

Pretty well kept up, and a pretty big facility. That being said, parking can be kind of a nightmare at any time of the day. You may have to walk a distance to get in, but I guess you are going to the gym, so shouldn't be a deal breaker.
