Anytime Fitness in Melrose is the perfect gym if you are someone looking to return to a healthy lifestyle without the stereotypical things found in other gyms. The staff is incredibly friendly and always around to help with a question or just to say hi. The gym is rarely overpopulated which is nice when you want to run multiple stations in a circuit. The nice thing about Anytime Fitness is the staff genuinely cares about your progress. They have a great room in the back that has video yoga and cardio classed that show on a projector. We have been going since July 2016 and the gym is constantly upgrading and adding new equipment. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed! Happy Travels! Professional, clean, awesome staff and equipment. The staff goes out of their way to know your name and make sure that you have everything you need to be successful.

EXCELENT gym, I really loved my experience in Anytime Fitness - Melrose.. very experienced staff, it is noticeable they work with passion. Nice equipment and fair price! 5 stars =)

Anytime fitness is good gym overall. There is always plenty of room and none of the crap you see at Golds.
