I've been to over 50 CrossFit gyms around the world as I travel for work and CrossFit Route 1 has the most thorough, caring, inspiring coaching I've seen. They work with athletes at any level. They get results. They make it fun- really fun. The community here is awesome too- I'm not even a regular member (as mentioned, just drop by for random classes because I travel) and they make everyone feel welcome like a family. Their programming is also very well-thought out and designed.

I've been a member for about two and a half years now! Ever since I walked through those doors from day one I knew there was no going back. When I first started RTE 1 I had the worst lower body mobility ever, until I met my man Jared. It was a painful time period, but my mobility has gotten a lot better, as well as my strength, and my conditioning. So I'd like to send a special Thank You to the best coaches Jared and Chris! Yuuppppppppp!!!!!

Once you join this comunity, you will not be able to workout by yourself. I joined crossfit route 1 on December 23rd 2012. It's been 3 years and I plan to stay there many years to come. There you'll find inspirations, good friends, people to look up to, knowledgable coaches, great athletes, encouragement, unbelievable community and support from them. It doesn't matter if you are a athlete or just someone who wants to be more active, give them a chance to help you.
