I had a deer hunt behind Lake Pleasant this week and I realized my last booked night I was going to need one more day. So that night I left them a voicemail asking if I could possibly be extended for one day but I would be out of service by 5 a.m. following morning. 
I was worried all day because I know it is their busy season and there were not very many empty spaces. 
When I got back into service I received a voicemail from the office letting me know that the stay was extended and wishing me luck on my deer hunt. 
Absolutely amazing staff extremely courteous we will definitely be going back

Secure and a safe feeling place to stay. Staff and security are very friendly and helpful. Clean showers and bathrooms. Always stocked. 24hr security. Awesome views of hot air balloons landing at sunrise, and can be best seen from the dog park.

This place was nicer last year, not as many permanent resident, with lots of stuff all over.  Also lots of trash along the outside area, no one to clean up area. ( at less rake up trash after people leave for the next one) Because of all the trash bugs are intense too.  Every noise on weekends. Not patrolled as much as last year. Showers are colded, which sucks for January & February. I think for the price you should be able to take a 10min shower with hot water and a heated bathroom. Very sad!!!

Great place to hang out for a weekend or longer.  It's very close to Phoenix and not far from some snow if you so desire.  The weekend that we stayed there was a bon fire.  That was fun but I wish it lasted longer.  Great food from the food truck and ok music.  Just nice to talk with people.
