Paradise at a 🐌 snail's pace. Great community of senior  homies who either nest between travel adventures or settle as winter birds.  Clean, secure and active adult living. No fancy homes here. Simple, minimalist, shelters in a protective community. Lots of activities to challenge the mind and body. Perfect place to scale down to after living life in a typical community.

I lived there for 15 years. I loved it. Everything near by. Super pleasant people and the Manager is better than any manager you have ever met.  I really wish i was still there.

It's clean quiet and peaceful day and night, pet friendly and private. It's an older facility and could use some updates, but like I said it's clean and in good working order. I'd recommend it to anyone.

The activities areas were real nice. The place was clean and week laid out. The back area on 8th Ave was ok for RVs. The sites were well laid out worth cement slab on the awning side. I didn't appreciate the garbage truck coming just before 7 am on a Sunday.

Great park!  Well maintained and so many activities, you can be as busy as you want.  We have 2 small dogs so we were in the pet section.  I think we would request pet area even without a pet!!!  People were so friendly....hope we run into some of them again!  I hope the resort considers expanding the pet section at some time in the future.  Park is largely park models but some spaces that used to be park models have been cleared and are now rv sites....good idea with the increased popularity of rvs!  We'll be back!  Thanks for s great 3 months!!!!
