Staff asked me if they could help me find anything when I entered the store. Excellent selection of boots and hats as well as western wear. I brought a hat in to be cleaned and re shaped and after 6 days I'll call Monday to check on my hat and once I pick it up I'll provide feedback on this service. So far I really like the friendly staff and all I addressed were very helpful and friendly. How someone could say they are lacking a good spread of boots really makes no sense at all. They have a lot of great stuff.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They took ample time answering each of my questions. I will return.

Brought some saddles in for consignment. "Pleasant" experience.

Staff were talking at the front counter and they have a very limited selection of boots compared to other places I've been but they have about three pairs that I haven't seen anywhere else.
