I knew they had a good reputation before using PSI andI have had an awesome experience.  First the front office with scheduling and account services could not have been more helpful or sweet to me.  The work itself was top notch . I had a new furnace installed and complete redo of the vent work. I have now had PSI back for other plumbing needs and same experience. I recommend them highly.

We purchased a top of the line tankless hot water heater through a different plumber 13 months ago. It has never been able to run more than 1 faucet of hot water at a time. That plumber thought it was the gas line but after months of troubleshooting was never able to figure out the issue and just gave up (didn't come back). At one point the gas insurance company sent out another large plumbing company who wanted to pump a lot more gas into the house and put regulators on every appliance at a cost of $6000. Eventually a friend introduced us to Jim who even at a very busy time of the year managed to send out Brandon whose first step was to call the hot water heater manufacturer and trouble shoot with them. The manufacturer sent out a new part which Brandon came back to install the next day. After 13 long months and a relatively short 2 visits from PSI we can now run multiple faucets of hot water and showers don't go cold when someone else accidentally forgets and turns on hot water to was their hands. Wohoo -- thanks Jim, Brandon & PSI!

The dog in a pony show may work for some, however, my fiance and I saw right through it. We planned on using PSI for a remodel, but quickly noticed how short the employee was with us almost as in a rush or uncaring of our proposal. Not only did he provide little to no information we never received a follow up on our bid nor what services they offered for said remodel. Overall terrible experience.

PSI was on time, quickly diagnosed our heating problem and fixed it.  We recommend them to anyone with a heating issue.

Ok Service, make sure you check the invoice.  I've used PSI 3 times in the last 3 months.  They are prompt in the service, which I appreciate.  The 2nd time they came out was to figure out why my hard lined gas grill wasn't working.  They told me the line had been turned off.  Turns out the gas valve was leaking and had to have them out a 3rd time and pay for their visit to get it fixed.  Of the 3 visits, two of those invoices were incorrect and I had to call them and make them aware of their mistakes.  Makes me question the integrity of the business since I've been over billed 2 out of 3 times.
