Absolutely, worst banking experience I have ever had. Went to make a change to my account but closed it instead.  Waited 1 hour and no one acknowledged my wife and my presence. Over the life of the account never had a good experience at the branch. Took over 20 minutes just to issue a check with my account balance to close the account.

Extremely upset and ready to close my account because of manager and employee!!!!.
We are a construction company and we had a check that came from the house insurance of our client to do renovations on his house. Due to the fact that Diana the head clerk for this location gave us an explanation of 20 minutes of why the funds had not being release into our company account and basically making us come back to keep talking to us and wasting our time with just repeating and repeating the same thing over and over again,which was that we need to get our client to their location and the owner of our company to sign papers together so the funds could be release. After we talked to Diana and getting angry again at the fact that she never called me to let me know there was I time limit for this transaction to be done, I  talked to the manager to complain about her personnel of the branch  and the customer skills they were lacking and even though she apologize she just kept making excuses  about why Diana didn't call me right away.I had to talk to the manager for 10 minutes on the phone and again she apologize but never told me that they were going to work on giving better service or that they did value my time, no she kept giving excuse after excuse about why Diana acted the way she acted. What ever happen to customer service? where the client is always right, where we say yes sir and we tried to leave the customer satisfied with the service we are providing. If i would acted this way with my clients my company would be  out of business already. I'm  closing that account as soon as the project is done, opening an account at this branch was a mistake.

Julian the garbage manager of this TD bank needs to rot in hell. She needs to get fired ASAP!!! She makes out the policies as she want and she is very rude and unprofessional.. check her rudness out on Facebook she is popular

I've been to this location many times and I must say that the people who work here are phenomenal. As soon as I walk in I'm greeted by someone at the door. All of the tellers are amazing and put a smile on my face. One time when I was there I even saw them singing Happy birthday to a customer. It brought tears to his eyes. These reasons and others a why I love coming to this TD Bank. They really are the most convenient bank.

Walked in to open 2 new business accounts. Greeted and said would just be a few minutes. After 15 LONG minutes I left, along with the 86,000. opening check I planned to deposit.
