Incredible slow customer service!! Waited about 15 minutes on the drive up to make a deposit only to realize that the teller deposit the check on my savings account instead of the checking account.

My husband & i went in to talk about a credit application made by RENETTE VEDRINE. When he went in to apply he was not fully disclosed about all the requirements needed before applying. When we went in to talk about this, renette off the bat was so rude. I cannot tell you how many times she slammed her desk drawer, rolled her eyes, cut us off while we were speaking. She was sarcastic and made me feel sick to my stomach! Avoid going into that wells fargo in general. To top it off, my license plate got stolen while i was inside the Wells Fargo. Horrible area & horrible customer service!

This branch is a complete joke. Instead of having 4 employees  wander around and pretend to be in charge, maybe have them help the customers so we aren't wasting our lives. - ...let me add ...toying with someone's account is a federal offense.
