I called Ponds plumbing late yesterday afternoon when my water heater went out. They had someone to my house at 8:00 am this morning. They even put coverings down on my floor so not to scratch the floor as they were carrying things in and out. In the past they have also replaced my furnace and did a great job with that. I highly recommend them.

Called Saturday 7/29 morning for water heater repair. I was informed that they only provide 24/7 service if you are one of their standing customers.  I had previously called and left message / emailed the in June to bid on a plumbing repair. We never received a reply. How do you become a standing customer if they will not reply? I guess I'll assume they do not need any more customers.

Called Ponds to replace our hot water heater. Steve the technician did the MOST AMAZING job, ensuring all connections were well sealed and very clean looking. He even went above and beyond the call of duty by replacing pipes close to the unit that were showing signs of corrosion. Definitely made a repeat customer out of me.

I called ponds because they were recommended. However the tech was not prepared to even diagnose what was wrong with my water softener although I gave them all the needed info when I made the appointment. I paid a $80 service fee for the guy to do absolutely nothing. I still have no idea why my softner doesn't work or how to fix it. I don't know if it was a lack of knowledge, plain laziness or simple communication either way they didn't help me at all! UPDATE: I did receive a call months later after posting my review. At which time ponds made no concrete offer to correct the problem. Instead they tried to argue with me. Mixed with a vague We'd like to make it right. They were going to call me back but never did?!  It's too bad that a google review was the only motivation to reach out after a job poorly done. Clearly not a copy motivated by quality customer service. I would not recommend Ponds.

I had a problem last summer with a condenser going out on my A/C. I called a number of companies that could not respond for a few days because they were slammed with service calls in the heat of the summer. Ralph Pond, the owner, went above and beyond to make sure my family had A/C again the same day! Awesome service!
