As usual, my order was NOT correct. They're still getting three stars because when I called to advise them of the mistakes, they offered to correct it AND apologized. At least if they're going to keep messing it up, they're nice about it. The food, when correct, is pretty decent chain chicken, better than some that's supposed to make you taste your own digits ;) Besides, the sauces there are the best and spicy chicken strips are pretty great.

Without a doubt the last trip we will make!  My husband went to pick up dinner because I am unwell and couldn't cook.  After twenty minute wait, he asked what the problem was.  Told they had chicken strips, but they were spicy.  Would have more in 7 minutes.  Angry, but decided to wait.  Finally asked for his money back.  Said no, wouldn't do that!  He waited.  They gave him the bag and he asked if they had sauce for the strips.  Said hadnt put any in but took a handful and threw in the bag.  My husband ordered a breast and wing dinner.  When he got home, we had NO sauce but didn't matter, because we also had no chicken strips!  Had a leg and a breast, no sauce but tons of butter and honey!  What is with these people?!

Love the popcorn shrimp and the sides are good too. Soda machine has all favors. Cozy inside but roomy too. Nice people.

You have to wait sometimes yes, but that's because it's REAL FOOD that has to cook haha. The manager is a wonderful woman. She always smiles and expects the best of her staff. 😃

Very unprofessional. As a new customer it was hard to understand their accent as it was really fast. They should be more friendly.
