The food was standard Popeyes. However the service was slow and unreliable. Definitely double check your order before you leave.

I revived all of my chicken cold, dry and old. I waited about thirty minutes just to get my food. Service was horrible and after waiting so long they did not even bother to say thank you or sorry about the long wait. I am not comming back here.

If i could give zero stars i would. This has to be the worse Popeyes I've ever visited. Leave it to Jersey to have the worse Popeyes. The employees are rude and they are more concerned about the drive through orders than the customers who are actually in the store ready to order. They basically make you wait while they focus on the drive through orders. You would think that they would have more than one cashier handling orders in the store but they don't so obviously a simple order takes ages for them to fulfill. The cashier has an attitude when you ask her the cost of anything despite the cost not being on the board. The franchisee of this Popeyes is clearly not doing his job and doesnt care about profit to have such rude employees. I mean i know that it's located in the "hood" but it still needs to do better. I will NOT be giving them any more of my money. I'll gladly shop from my regular Popeyes in Queens.

Staff can get a little stupid but supervisor put them in check right away. Clean but located in a bad area
