I'm not from here ,im from Texas but while I was visiting the area, East Orange getting my hair done. My stylist recommended me to the restaurant. I love the food here. And customer service was great. Huh I'm planning on visiting again. And I'm going to post pictures of what I get .

I puchased a complete plate at this restaurant on 5/10/16. I ordered the oxtail and rice and beans. When I arrived to pick the food it was already packaged in the bag. When I got home, all that was in the bag was a plate of the bottom part of the rice known as "gratin ". It was cold and hard. The oxtail was a plate of bones in gravy, again cold.  There was no pIantain ,salad or picklis. I called back the restaurant and the lady told me it was not her job  but the people in the kitchen what is put on the plate, if I have a complaint call the boss and she hanged up the phone. This is the worse customer service ever in addition to the food being cold and tasting so bad.  No star is the rating.
