Went there early in the morning. Placed an order but changed 2 items before driving to the public up window. The person I was with thanked them and there was no response back! When we got our food we ask for some condiments which they gave and they we thanked again. Still no reply back! White Castle needs to train their overnight staff in how to provide basic customer service! Next, the food was hot and the wait was not long. However, when you taste the food you also taste the oil that they cook with. The cooking oil that White Castle uses takes away from the flavor or taste of the food! Lastly, for the price, White Castle food costs too much for what you are paying! Better off cooking you own food at home even if it is early in the morning rather than coming to this White Castle. They are not doing customers a favor for being here.

I went here for breakfast, food was good the staff was great, drive through takes a little long but for the most part I would definitely eat here again.

When it comes to late night this place is horrible!!...been waiting in the drive throu for about 20 30mins just to place order and get my food!!! They really need to do a better job at night!
