Potato Creek is in north-central Indiana about 12 miles southwest of South Bend. The park features a wide array of activities and facilities for year-round enjoyment. Making reservations is advisable to enjoy some of the facilities at this very popular park.

Experience overall was great from the cabins to the park and, for the most part, the service. Highly recommended. One issue: the person at the entrance gate thought she told me I needed my key to reenter the park, but 4 people in my car can verify that she did not in fact mention this. She even had my name written on our cabin's receipt verifying I had paid the previous day and still she made me pay another $9.

Stayed in one of the cabins at the park. Cabin was clean and comfy. Had great time going on the trails. I suggest going to the nature center to get snow shoes if you get the amount we just got this past weekend. Much easier walking!!!

This park has everything you could want in a park: hiking, camping, swimming, and fishing. There are picnic areas, a general store, and several nature areas, as well as a two story nature center. There's even a cemetery. The park has so much to offer, you could spend an extended weekend here camping to check it all out. All of this, and it's only 7 dollars for one vehicle to get in. I highly recommend if you're looking of a great place to get outdoors.

We enjoy the different activities that are available here. The four-mile 4-mile, paved bike trail one way, is an awesome way to spend some time out in nature. They also have many trails that you can explore. We always enjoy staying here. We enjoy the 50 amp sites. The only other thing that we could use, would be full hookup. Otherwise a fantastic place for a vacation!!!

Absolutely stunning place to enjoy a nice relaxing camping experience. HUGE area, lots of land, wooded areas and water bodies to fish in. Lots of privacy and great weekend getaway for the family!
