A big park great to stroll in. My go to place when I need to extra tire my toddler - it has everything - long trails to run on, shade, a nice playground and airplanes overhead to spot.

Nice hiking trails. No actual overlook or river view. Well-loved nature center ready for an update. Frog pond always a hit!

The large nature reserve begins with a playground, restrooms, and some limited parking. The walk to the nature center itself takes a few minutes - you can't park closer than that. The center has indoor reptile and bee exhibits, a children's library, and even an outdoor bird of prey/raptor zoo. Hiking is perfect for young children and feels very woodsy and beautiful. It's a great place to visit.

large park with plenty of wildlife. Saw a deer, lots of birds, frogs, insects. There is also a large garden that is quite nice later in the summer when everything is growing. Several other parks are right around it as well. Good trails through the woods. I felt bad for the birds of prey that are kept in small enclosures though.
