This company is a disgrace to retail store. My in laws bought a btand new washer and dryer from them and the dryer needs to be fixed beyond belief. They wont evem honor their own policies. Do not buy from this store its no wonder people only spend 10 minutes in here they see garbage and go else where! My mother in law is being ran around with their company with parts 2 months behind on ordering parts. Its no wonder this company is under liquidation.

Bought 2 gym machines.. both deliveries were messed up.. On the treadmill was not installed properly (screws missing, parts not screwed on right, they damaged the machine by overscrewing some screws). They came the following week fixed it and when my other weight machine came they messed up that delivery too they scratched the machine with the knife they opened the box with and they also messed up a some strings for the weights to go up and down. Not only that they didn't put numbers on the weights. And to make matters worse I guess when the guy was opening the box with the knife he also managed to slice the belt of the brand new treadmill they just replaced. So now i have to call for a 3rd time so they can replace both machines again. A waste of my time this people are so unprofessional, so disappointed never buying here again, worst place. Never again lesson learned, if you want your time to be wasted come here. Also instead of them offering me something for all the troubles I've gone thru all they said was they could give me points equaling $25 (the manager said thats our sorry from sears) wow $25 for 3 weeks of just waiting for no reason and to things not ending up right because the people they hire to deliver and install have no clue what they're doing.

Wasted my time. Told me on the phone that parts department closed at 9 but they closed at 7.
