We were looking for a sofa bed that we could fit up our narrow staircase. The sales attendant was pretty rude and judgmental when I explained that our condo is small and that we were looking for furniture that could be disassembled if it doesn't fit up the stairs. She claimed that she's never seen furniture like that and I told her that Room and Board has a couch just like that. She told me to go there then and that's what I did. I understand if the store doesn't have the item I am looking for, but I didn't appreciate the condescension in response to my questions.
