From start to finish I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at this Pottery Barn Kids location. We went into the store to test their different gliders and never felt pressured to purchase anything unlike some other retail locations. We ultimately went home and ordered over the phone through the store. It was an easy process and the manager, Brooke, was exceptional. She helped us with the entire process from start to finish.

The only Pottery Barn Kids in Denver. So it is a gem! We love all of their products. Associates/Employees are super friendly and accommodating. If you can, please leave your strollers outside. It gets cramped in there for everyone and it can be a little difficult to maneuver through the store. Best time to go (with a stroller, when it isn't a holiday, and when there isn't a sale) is the first couple of hours in the morning.

Had an up and down experience with this store. Started down as we received some misinformation, but one of the managers, Brooke, at this store was possibly the most helpful, professional, and just kind person I've ever come across in retail. At first we were pretty upset about the information we received being incorrect, but all is well that ends well - we'll definitely be back to shop here in the future because of the final experience.

The team at this store is wonderful. My wife and I set up a registry a few months ago, and during our pregnancy ended up visiting the store several times and speaking to a few team members over the phone on multiple occasions. At every turn they went out of their way to help us, both in person and on the phone, and they made our experience of buying a crib and closing out our registry so easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, more than once they were able to give great feedback on certain items that we were unsure about, leading us to feel even more comfortable that the items we were getting were perfect for what we wanted, even when they didn't have some of them in the store (this was especially true of the crib we got - we were debating between two and their insight into the cribs was a huge help, despite neither crib being in the store). Special thanks to Brooke and Rachel for being so amazing to us. We will continue to sing the praises of this store and can't recommend it highly enough!

I will never go back to this store. I returned a toddler quilt that I paid $152 in cash. When I returned it the rude cashier told me she didn't have change and called the manager over ( I believe her name was Brooke) the manager told me they dont keep that much money in the store and I could either have store credit or wait for a check in the mail...... I paid cash!!! AND you don't keep $152 of cash in the store??? I refused the store credit and check and surprise surprise they came up with the money. I run a small business where I set-up popup shops at vintage markets. I ALWAYS start the day with $300 in cash for change. How can you be serious that a large chain store doesn't keep that much cash in the store?? I was so mad and felt like she was trying to keep my money in the store rather than give me my money back. It was ridiculous!!! Terrible customer service!!!
