Five stars to Rebecca who was a phenomenal representative. My husband and I took our time in choosing a living room set, and when there was an issue of delivery, she helped correct the problem with very little stress. She was courteous, patient, professional, and gave great decorating advice. I would recommend anyone to go to her when shopping for a living room set or couch.

The sales team was available to help and guide us toward the products that fit our needs, however we did not feel pressured at all. Edward and the rest of the staff were professional and courteous. We picked up our furniture instead of having it delivered since we had the means to do it ourselves. The one drawback we had was the warehouse staff did not help my husband load it, they just brought it to the loading dock and left. That may be their policy, but would have been good to let him know. I could have met him there to help. So far, we are very pleased with our new sofa. We chose Sofa Mart because of the higher level of quality in their products compared to what the "other" furniture warehouse in Colorado offered at the same price, and Sofa Mart offered a 3-year, no interest financing program. The other place offered 1 year only. That allowed us to purchase what we wanted rather than feeling like we had to settle for something less.

We had just enough "customer service". Pip let us do our thing and checked back periodically to see how we were doing and when we were ready so was he. Perfect!

Arie was a great salesman being both helpful and informative. He even moved the recliner chair to a different part of the showroom so we could see the actual color under natural lighting.

Update: we did go back to Sofa mart and the customer service was much better. The salesman answered all of our questions and we didn't feel pressured and he didn't "lurk" like sometimes salespeople do, he checked in with us and was easy to find when we needed him. Not sure what happened the first time around. Very dissatisfied with their customer service. My husband and I went to look at a few couches but when we got there our toddler was asleep in the car. I went in and my husband stayed in the car with our daughter. I walked around the entire store without anyone asking if I needed help. A saleswoman walked right past me and greeted an elderly couple who walked in behind me. A couple of times I looked for someone who worked there because I had questions on a particular sofa, no one was around. I saw a few employees standing around or would walk past me without a greeting or even a smile. I felt very unwelcome. It's a shame because I really liked a couch but now we may keep shopping because I really don't like how I was treated here.
