I went in looking for some sectional options for my family room.  I had the pleasure of working with Wallis Penton.  She was so helpful and even came out to my house the next day to measure and come up with a design plan.  We ended up buying a custom sectional to fit the space best, as the standard ones were too large in parts.  We also found a couple of swivel chairs to compliment the room.  She worked tirelessly to help create the perfect fabrics and color scheme for the room.  She also worked within my budget and was very respectful of that limitation.  If you want someone who will listen to your needs and create a beautiful room, she is the one to meet!  Can't speak highly enough of her and the buying experience at Bassett Lone Tree.

I went in yesterday to begin the search for a sectional and had the good fortune to be helped by Cynthia Wollner.  She was welcoming, friendly and extremely professional, but more importantly, well versed on the product.  She was very thorough in explaining the virtues of the Bassett line.  To be honest, I did check out other furniture stores, but determined Bassett was the best option for quality and service.  Ended up making my purchase later that afternoon!  If you, like I, prefer a salesperson who doesn't push for a sale, but just let's the product speak for itself, Cynthia is the one for you.   She was a true delight to work with.

Working with Kathleen Castro at the Lone Tree Bassett store was a true pleasure for us as we selected and ordered a sectional for our family room.  She listened well as we described our room and desires then helped us creatively configure the perfect piece to meet our needs.  She was never pushy, yet knowledgeable and let us spend plenty of time deciding between all the furniture options.  She made it fun when it came time to pick out the fabric for the sofa and coordinating pillows.  We couldn't happier with our purchase and shopping experience.

Our shopping experience at Bassett Furniture in Lone Tree was enjoyable and effortless.  Our designer, Cynthia Wollner, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating, even visiting with us at a model home to assess our personal needs and styles. She helped make the process of designing our new home fun and easy. We plan to work with Cynthia in the future, as well as refer Bassett Furniture to others.

We remodeled our whole home and I wanted solid, well made furniture that would last.  I visited Bassett several times and met Leslie West.  She is wonderful!  She listened to what I wanted and put it all together so beautifully.  I have one more room to go and I guarantee it will be from Bassett, never happier with the look and feel of everything.
