Called to make an appointment and they were going to review my history first to see whether or not I'm worthy of them to see me, and I'm paying them? who's working for who? Sounds like they come first, money ( Which sounds like a close 2nd) and LAST is the Patient who has to pay for it all. After we have to make an appointment which is convenient for them on their time. Like I said who's working for who?

Amazing everything! My entire family sees Dr VerMaas! She and her nurse Jen are incredible! Very knowledgeable, caring and personable. I never feel rushed. I always feel like I'm the only patient there. When walking back to my room all the other nurses and staff always smile and are very friendly. Lady who does insurance (I can't remember her name) was extremely helpful. We won't go anywhere else! :)

They really help me with all my problems, they talk me through them don't just push me through the DR's office and out the door and through the process!!! I know how that is!!! And once you get a certain age that can happen and that isn't happing with me!!!
