Josh and John both took care of me when I was quoted almost an $800 dollar job. I was able to bring my own parts and just paid for taxes and labor.  They were still able to provide me a coupon to bring my total below $200!  Every penny counts!  The only reason I gave a 4/5 is because of my personal  experience with mechanics (not J&J )  i just can’t fully trust any mechanic b/c I think they’re janky. These two men are earning my trust every time I go.

My husband and I needed work done on our vehicle today. We weren't really sure where to go. (We are both kinda new to the area) I remember my friend went there a few months ago and they did a free estimate to see what was wrong with her car. So that was a good sign for us. In my experience a lot of places charge to even look at what the problem could be. Even better we paid the exact estimate that they told us it would be. The manager Josh, was extremely friendly and helpful. We litterally left happy with their work and knowing that they did a great/honest job. They definitely gained another happy customer. We will 100% bring both our vehicles here for any issues we may have in the future. Thank you again Josh, and crew.

Thank you awesome job. Had 4 tires mounted and balanced, TPMS sensers removed from factory wheels and installed on new wheels and front end alignment. Riders smooth and drives straight. Thank you Tommy. He did a wonderful job. Everyone there was very nice. Would recommend them for any of your service needs.

Despite the somewhat lengthy wait time, these guys were friendly, professional and once they had your car on the lift they were fast. They also have some of the BEST prices around. They also didn't try to pressure me into any additional items. From what I could tell, they interacted with everyone with the same level of politeness and professionalism.

Extremely courteous and helpful! My son attends UNCW and needed a major car repair Thanksgiving week. The manager, Josh, was great to work with! Friendly and accommodating. We wouldn't hesitate returning to Precision Tune for future repair needs.
