Absolutely Love this place;  Wes and Nick are always willing To help and go above and beyond! 

The people at the front desk are polite and courteous and when you have a problem they make it their problem and make sure you are taken care of, always! 

This place I recommend to a lot of people and I won't take my car anywhere else! This place is honest and trustworthy and Harrell's is like my little family! 

I walk in and let them know my issues and they get to the problem right away ! 

Another thing I love about the people is that they make sure your car is safe because they give it back and makes sure you know ahead of time and  Before they hand you your keys back; what work you will need to get done so that you and your car will be happy! 

Harrell's, Thank you again for always being A place I can count on !

This is the only shop in town I trust.   As a female it is important to me to find a shop that is always honest and always fair.  I have had other shops try to take advantage of me in the past and when I needed my brakes repaired,  I had been referred to this location and I am so happy that I was!!!   I have been using them ever since!!!  The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable and you can be confident that you and your vehicle are in the best of hands every single time!!!!

These guys are awesome.  The first time I used them,  I needed a tune up at the last minute and they were able to get me in and out without a hassle and without breaking the bank! Since then I have always gotten excellent customer service and have always had a great overall experience!

Absolutely fast and honest work!!! I will take my Toyota everytime. Every time I’ve been in, I drop my car off and come back to pick it up, nothing in the car has been touched that isn’t supposed to, and they leave a nice mat in there which I keep for inclement weather. I’m always greeted with respect and given a no nonsense approach to my vehicle. Thank you again guys!!!

Thank you so much to the staff. They were very welcoming on my visit and even offered to give me a ride home while they worked on my car. They will be my new auto care specialist!
