These guys are great. Came in without an appointment on a Friday afternoon with battery issues. Found out we needed a new alternator and they got us taken care of in an hour and a half. Excellent customer service. Our go-to shop for any car troubles.

Was able to be seen on the same day I called.  Had an alignment and tire balance, then drove car 600 miles.  Rides awesome, thanks!

Worse experience of my entire life, their lead tech did not fix my car from overheating, he tried twice and both parts he replaced didn't solve anything. The manager Talon refused to answer my questions about the new repairs; then got mad because I called customer care and physically threw my paper work to the side to talk to the people behind me. If I would have known what a horrible place this was I would have never went. I paid their diagnostic fee and labor just to still have an overheating car. Thanks for nothing

I would give zero stars if I could.. I went to get an oil change, specifically because I know that when I get one there they will give me a print out checklist telling me everything that is wrong. Paid for the more expensive one, then explained that I was hearing something squeaking and asked them to check it out and let me know what it was. After waiting over an hour (after being told I was next in line) they come out and say they had to replace some kind of cap that I had to pay for, without asking me first. Then I pay and they hand me a receipt, I ask where the print out with the smiley faces was and they said they didn't do one. Then I ask about the noise and the guy working the counter says he "forgot" to tell them about it and says "sorry" as he rushed me out the door. So mad! Will never go back!

I went for an inspection and failed because they said I had no brakes. Quoted me 846.09$ to do repairs. I got several other quotes, all about  500$. I chose a place for repairs then went back to precision tune for my inspection. They failed me again. Said I had zero emergency brake and needed to go back to where I had brakes fixed. The manager where I had repairs called precision tune and they told him I failed because diagnostic couldn't connect. That was on the paper but is not what they told me. I feel precision tune tried to take advantage of me being an older female. Needless to say I would strongly recommend that you don't go there for any reason.
